弊社は現在、フィリピン・セブ島での社会人向け英語学校「Brilliant Cebu English Academy」含め、ASEANでの語学スクール（Brilliant Group）をフィリピン・ベトナム・インドネシアの3ヵ国にて海外進出を図る日本法人さま、また駐在員の方、海外移住をされる方の英語及び各現地言語学習の現地サポートをメイン事業としております。

そこには、語学を学ぶ受講生のみではなく、スタッフ、講師にいたるまで全員がこのミッションにもある通り「可能性を広げ、世界の舞台で活躍を！」を掲げ皆で日々の業務から共に成長し、語学教育というテーマを通し、グローバライズされる社会に更なるイノベーションを起こして参ります。

Our main business is to provide English and local language to support Japanese and Korean companies in the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam where businesses are planned to expand overseas in these three countries.

As stated in our mission, it is not only the students who learn languages, but also our staff and instructors who are committed to this statement, "Let’s open up the possibilities and be active on the world stage!” We will continue to grow together in our daily work and, through the theme of language education. we creates further innovations in our globalized society.

今何故、英語がより必要なのか。

私達のミッションにあるように、言葉の壁が無くなるだけで、私達のあらゆる潜在的な可能性が広がると確信しているからに他なりません。

自分自身の言葉で心から相手に思いを伝えることで、周りの同調が得られ、感動を与え、より自分自身の活躍するフィールドで結果を出せる人材となると信じております。

もちろんテクノロジーの進化により、言葉が分からない相手ともビジネスシーンにて翻訳機、また通訳などを介せば表面上では取引きが成立するかもしれません。

しかしながら多くの皆さま方が思われている以上に今、ベトナムも含め世界中で英語が母国語としない外国人同士と話す基本的なツール、共通言語として英語は既になっている現実を知ると、人とのコミュニケーションツールとして当たり前に自身の言葉で相手に伝える重要性は無視出来ません。

日本は少子化も進み、これからはより国籍に囚われず世界中の人々と心を通わせ一緒に協力し事を成し遂げることが求められる時代ではないでしょうか。

今後もより、私達のサービスを通じ、一人でも多くの皆さまが世界中のそれぞれの分野にて活躍出来る人材となり、また生活を豊かにして頂くことが私達の思い、ミッションであります。

Why do we need English more now?
In line with our mission, we believe that the mere removal of the language barrier opens up all of our potential.

We believe that when we communicate with others in our own words sincerely, we are most likely to be in tune with the people around us, be inspired and be able to produce results in the field in which we are active.

Inevitably, due to the advancement of technology, we may be able to do business with foreign people whom we communicate by using a translator or an interpreter.

However, knowing the reality that English has become the basic tool and universal language for communicating with non-native speakers of English in Vietnam and around the world, the importance of communicating in our own words as a communication tool cannot be ignored.

And with the declining birth rate in Japan, we are now expected to cooperate with people from all over the world to achieve things through heart-to-heart communication and cooperation, regardless of nationality.

Our mission is to help as many people as possible become active in their respective fields and enrich their lives through our services.

1978年生まれ、横浜市出身。
学生時代にアメリカ・シアトルでの語学留学経験を経て世界最大の客船会社Royal Caribbean Internationalに入社。アメリカ・カリブ海を中心とした大型豪華客船クルーズで世界30ヵ国以上から集まる仲間と共にダイニングルームでウェイターとして従事。帰国後、外国為替投資顧問会社、大手不動産会社の管理職を経て、起業し現職。
